Since both of you are from the same religion, a customary marriage can be solemnized as per the rites among Muslims. A customary marriage can be done in a day. Otherwise a marriage under the Special Marriage Act had to be done. But the same can be done only with one month notice being published.

No single day marriage is not possible. You have one option to marry her under special marriage Act .It applies to all, irrespective of religion, caste, language.Only the condition that Bridegroom must have completed 21 years age and bride 18 years.Bridegroom and bride should give notice of intended marriage 30 days in advance for the solemnization of marriage along with prescribed fees. Bride or bridegroom must have lived continuously for not less than 30 days within the jurisdiction of marriage officer before giving the notice If no objections are received within 30 days from the date of notice of intended marriage, bridegroom and bride should appear before the Marriage Officer within next 60 days after lapse of initial 30 days from such notice along with three witnesses for solemnisation of the Marriage. Marriage Officer after following procedure prescribed under act and rules will solemnise the marriage. If marriage is not solemnised within 90 days from the date of notice, then a fresh notice has to be
issued.
Marriage Officer will administer oath in the prescribed form and solemnise marriage and issue certificate of marriage.
Bridegroom and bride and three witnesses shall sign the declaration and the certificate of marriage

There is nothing called court Marriage. If they agree or not you both can marry and it may take two to three days...you can approach the kazhi and talk in this regard and get inkah done..if you have a certificate of nikah then that's valid in the eye law as per Muslim personal laws.

I don't understand what you contended for court marriage. No court marriage on india. As a Muslim you can do nikah. For the same you need two witnesses and a valiyy (responsble person from the side of girl). Mahar also to be arranged.
Other wise you can perform marriage by applying for registration of marriage as per special marriage act
