Friend if you have a share transfer certificate in your name you own certain amount of shares then you can always claim for the amount by filing a summary suit under order 37.

Please note while filing the suit you have to place the requisite Court fees

First of all, you may get a legal notice sent through an advocate. If even after receiving the legal notice, the CMD does not pay you the amount, You need to file a suit for recovery seeking the amount you had invested, returns if any alongwith interest. You can also seek damages in the same suit. You will roughly need to pay court fee @1% of the claim amount to be able to get it filed in court. You would also need relevant documents, emails, agreement, messages, payment receipts, acknowledgement receipt etc. to be filed along with the suit.

In my opinion you can send a legal notice prior to filing a suit for recovery and damages before the concerned court where the network marketing company has its office. If the Network Marketing Company is situated in Delhi-NCR, then the said case can be filed before the concerned district court. Alternatively, if the Network marketing company is an incorporated company, as opposed to a sole proprietorship, partnership concern, proceedings under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code can be initiated against such a company. Hi first of all ask them how is much the amount they have to return to u how much have u been invested in the company and All and how is the Intrest why are they not
Giving the money back what are they saying to u while not returning the money back
To u as per law do u have the receipt and all
That how much u have been invested and all In the company how much is
The amount and all that u will get in the cming years calcute all
That u Can file
A case of fraud and cheating against them

It appears that the company and its key managerial persons are guilty of committing fraud upon you. Hence, firstly, I would suggest that you file a FIR against the company and its directors under section 420IPC and if the police refuses to lodge a FIR, file a private complaint before the Local magistrate.
