Students Name ,father name and mother correction in SSLC certificate

Respected sir My name is karthik singh my mother name is Jyotsna singh Father name is rajkishore singh But in my school records and SSLC certificate it is kartick sing Jyotsna sing Rajkishor sing So I want to correct my name and want to add H in surname but school management said they can't do anything because during admission my adhar card name was not correct so whatever was there in adhar card they just put that only in school and SSLC certificate Now they said I have to get decre

okay I understand your questions so now you want to corection of your name in sslc certificate right. yes it is possible through court you filed a civilcase for declaration of name and give legal notice to board first them file a case at court and take a decree from court what are all siporting documents you show the court for your name correction and marked the documents exhibite at court.

don't worry you can. change your name all the documents which you want change for that need to send legal notice to concerned education department even after notice if the education department not correct the same we will help you through court any further information you can contact us
