Student's harassment in the premises of school

I am a 25 years old working woman. I teach in classes 12th n 11th and I am counsellor as well. Last year, in Nov 2018 one of my student confessed his love for me. I took it in a way a Counsellor should. And I had a serious talk with him where I told him that It is not right to expect things from teacher in this way. I tried talking to him again over this issue as he was behaving weirdly in my classes.One day all of a sudden he sent me a picture of his hand where my name was written with blade. I was scared, I told him not to contact me ever again and asked him not to repeat such acts. In between, He tried meeting me in school but I told him that it will be a meeting like a teacher and a student should have. He brought roses for me on Valentine's Day Which I didn't accept and he again cut his hand and sent me the picture. In the current scenario I have blocked him from all my social media accounts. He is blocked everywhere.
