Advocate and the concerned person (leading the case regarding enhancement charges put by improvement trust ) not responding,hence avoiding calls. How to proceed in this situation?
go to his office enquire about the Wellness of advocate then discuss the further course of action with your lawyer and if he is not interested to pursue your case then withdraw your brief from his office and carefully choose other lawyer.

I would suggest you meet up with another lawyer, and put up a petition in court for changing your attorney - so that you're case isn't effected. Further a complaint can be registered with the state bar council he is registered with to take strict action against him under advocates act. This is a serious injustice being meted out to you, and is highly unethical.
