Son has been summoned for vacation of rented premises

My son has been summoned by Hon'ble District Court in Delhi regarding vacation of rented premises. Can I reply on his behalf.  We are living in same accommodation. I understand that I will get free legal aid being woman and senior citizen.

You can do so but how u can reply your son is major and u can't respond until and unless he will authorize you or what are the contents of plaint. This is the only benefit solution for your case. Thank

no you can not respond to the summons sent to you son at best you can intimate him about the summon if at the time of receiving it he was not at home. your son will have to appear before the court and before that consult an advocate or your son can also seek legal aid if he is not capable of hiring advocate. for more advice you need to come to my office with relevent documents related to your case.
