To resolve the illegal occupation of your open plot, you should first send a formal legal notice through an advocate to the person demanding they vacate immediately. If they do not leave, file a civil suit for a permanent injunction to prevent them from entering or interfering with your property. You should also request a temporary injunction from the court to protect your possession while the case is being decided. Once you have a court order, the police will have the legal authority they need to intervene and assist you in removing the occupier. Providing clear copies of your ownership documents and the court order to the local police station will strengthen your request for their help. These legal steps establish your rightful claim and force the local person to respect the law regardless of their influence.
