Selling of deceased father's property by daughter

The property which comes from deceased parents to their daughter. Now the property is registered in her. Now can she sell the property without her children's consent?

Hi this is Advocate from Bangalore, the property has been acquired by inheritance of the family member and it doesn't fall under fell earned property all after the demise of the grandparents the grandchildren also have rights over the property.

I presume that this question pertains to a Hindu woman. That property which a Hindu daughter gets from anyone whether father a mother becomes her absoute property.. she can sell it and her children have ne right over it. Hence, there is no need for anyone.s consent to sell it.

she can sell the property which she has received from her parents and it is her self aquire property, so she can sell or dispose off it as per her wish and will during her lifetime and her children consent is not required. even though for the benefit of her family she can sell it and her children cannot challenge it
