yes you can very much do it by way of a fresh sale deed keeping all things in mind so that there is discrepencies and you will need to seek valuation report before quoting price of the same if you need guidance need full details

Yes of course you can sell your land which is gifted to you by your father you are the owner of that particular gifted land you have full wright to sell it to anyone as per according to you to anyone whom you wish
