Dear Sir,
I bought a house which is under court trail(realized after taking loan) and now I would like to cancel the sale deed to stop EMI from Bank. I would like to handover the house to bank. Request you to suggest us.
If the bank people ready you can do that. Even otherwise bank people may put the property for sale through public auction but it will take long time. Issue an appropriate notice to bank. More advise in person.

As per law you con't able to pay EMI then they are claim to court or they give paper publication then they acquired your home.,see here you have what is your intent to cancel what happend to that property ..consult any advocate near you with relavent documents
