Result Not yet update from 3 months, spoiling my career (UPRTOU)

17-Oct-2023 (In Civil Law)
Dear team, I am Anjali Sharma, from Ghaziabad, I am pursuing PGDYO from UPRTOU(Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon Open University). I got NC (Not Cleared) in one subject, therefore I have done Challenge Evaluation, from that challenge evaluation I got 60 marks in that subject but my result was not yet updated on the website. I have done surplus emails to COE and registrar but all in vain, they every time say wait for one week it's already 3 months I am doing emails but no action is taken. Really very disappointing from UPRTOU. They are actually living so-called Sarkari culture. Really I am very fed up with these guys because they are spoiling the career of students like me. I have filled RTI but that also invain. Please advice. Name: Anjali Sharma University: Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon Open University

Hello, since you have already filled the RTI I hope you must have got some reply because as per RTI rules they are bound to reply within 30 days if not we can take legal action against them. Apart from that at this stage we can send them a legal notice and ask them to disclose your result.

Hello After Corona the academic curriculum has been hindered a lot but now all the academic sessions are working properly, if there is any problem from side of your University and you have filed RTI and that also has been went invalid then you can prefer for a writ petition in High Court and that can make sure that your curriculum can be completed as soon as possible and after the writ petition will be filed within limited time your issues will be resolved . This problem has been sought with many of the applicants and their career has been suffering and and at last only resolution left was given from the High Court Thanks
