Registered settlement deed can be revoked?

20-Apr-2023 (In Civil Law)
My mother have 2 ancestral properties out of which 1 was divided among her sister by court settlement.I have an elder brother, 2 elder sisters.we brothers both live abroad. We both have been taking care of the whole family. I supported in buying 2 houses in Chennai as my mother told she will settle one of the ancestral property to me. I had registered those properties in her name. She said once my brother also settles, she will register the 1 ancestral property in my name & other in my brother name, rest 2 houses which I supported to buy in daughters name. But silently she registered the 2 houses which I bought to my sisters without information & one of the sister started living with her recently as my mom got sick, also she cleverly planned & got the settlement deed done in her name for the 2 ancestral properties .All these happened with out my knowledge. I have few bank transactions details for 1 & for initial buying I gave money in cash, so no proof.will there be any justice for me.

you will have to file for a money Suit against your mother and claim partition in the property stating that you have contributed financially for the purchase of the said property that by establishing that you are also rightful owner of the property. the percentage of the share proportional to the investment that you have made will be decided by the court of law
