REGARDING OBSERVATION IN PWD QUOTA AYUSH PG HOMEOPATHY COUNSELLING

Sir In all India Ayush counselling 5 % horizontal reservation is applicable but every year around 3 % they are giving means 2 % rightful seats not given to deserving candidate. It should be bring into notice so i approached authorities but nothing happened till date. Please guide me for further action.

hello clients as i can see your issue is very serious in nature so it must be fighted so right candidatws should get admission for sure. so in this matter the oprion which left on us is to fight through court tht is tht only ootiins which we have .

u can file the writ petitions in honourable high court as well as honourable supreme court, moreover u move RTI's against the aayush to get the exact data analysis to strong ur document evidences plus u can move appropriate complaints under the indian laws
