Regarding name change in cbse marksheets how to proceed

Cbse is demanding court order for change of name in class x and xii marksheets. What is proper procedure for getting court order regarding the same.

Sir/mam You have to file a suit for declaration against general public by making CBSE a party to the suit as well. The suit/ case is to filed in district court and cour will invite objections from general public with regards to name change . And then u will get order from court.

Suit for declaration against General Public ... Declaring that person is same whoes name mentioned in class x and xii marksheet. Or you can provide them simple AFFIDAVIT attested by swidha center regarding this fact

Dear client , u have to file a case before judicial court of the area concerned . After going through the procedure u will get court order regarding change of ur name . You can't get court order without the assistance of an advocate who will guide u properly & contest ur case . For more information meet me personally.!!
