Regarding legal right over ancestor property without any will 3 sons

14-Sep-2023 (In Civil Law)
In a christian family, my mother is the only daughter to my grandfather. After the death of my grandmother, my grandfather had married another woman and have 3 x sons. My grandfather and my step grandmother are no more. My grandfather left some property (land) inestate (without leaving any will). Do as my mother has any right over the property. If so, to what extent. Thank you.

As per the Indian succession Act 1865, the daughter has the equal right of inheritance to their father's property as sons.so your mother can get the equal right from her father's property.you can take the necessary steps to get your mother's right from her father's property.
