HI In India it is a practice to adapt to husband's surname after marriage. You should apply for competitive exams using your husband's surname and affix aadhar and voter ID Card Since your school records contain your father surname, no further proof required. For name change all you need is your registered marriage certificate. So whilst applying for competitive exams you need to enclose a) Your aadhar card, b) Your study certificates c) Your marriage registration certificate. If you want you can also complete the name change procedure by publishing a news paper advertisement and also an affidavit to the effect of name change. but this is optional and not mandatory.

Study Certificates with father surname should only be used in for competitive exams. If you have ID proofs on your husband name it will not be a problem. In our country every daughter will get the surname of her husband after her marriage. If you are selected in any competitive exam please furnish them an affidavit stating that your surname got changed after marriage and get it attested by Notary Public.
