You didn't write the whole story of yours .you didn't write why AMU refused for your admission.if you have proper qualification and you qualify admissions test for PhD then why did university deny .than go to sue Amu.

Immediately serve amu with a representation disclosing all your grievances there in and also state the relevant UGC norms on the subject. Incase they still fail to abide by the norms, file a writ petition against them in the High Court.

If I am not ,here the reference you are given is related to Aligarh Muslim university . If it's so then it's come under central government and govern by central university act ,with that it has it own statute . As far as your query is concerned ,you contention is not clear why they had refused your candidature ,if they had done so then they must have given reason for that ,if that is not so then it could be challenged in court of law ,but for that first reason had to be seen for their denial .Contact for further query.

what exactly you want, is not clearly mentioned. NET Qualified means you are eligible and p.hd gives you a doctoral in specialisation. Thus what amu had denied to you..is exactly uncleared. you are suggested to please take an email consultation for resolution of your query?
