You are not mentioned about your grand father, whether he is alive or not? Whether this property self acquired of your grandfather or ancestral property? Is this property in his (Grand father) name? Your father can file a civil suit for partition share. You can contact a good civil lawyer in your city.

you can file a suit for partition seeking share of your father and yours as by birth as per section 6 your share in the joint family property will be given as per HIndu succession act 1956 and your can also make claim of your father share

Hi
Your father should file a suit for partition of properties demanding his share of property.
in the given circumstance, your father, 4 sons and 2 daughter's from second wife and the second wife are legal heirs of your grand father and the property should be divided in to eight shares.
normally under these circumstances, people will make false claims about existence of will etc and these claims have to be demolished in the court.
