I can't fight divorce case in Delhi , want transfer in meerut, can I help from free legal aid
Hi, have you already filed a case in Delhi? are there any other cases going on? In order to get it transferred you need to file a trasfer petition in the Hon'ble Supreme Court as two different states (Delhi and UP) are involved.

Yes you can transfer your case to Meerut if your jurisdiction lies there .for this you have to give application for the same in Supreme Court if Supreme allow then you show this order to Delhi court and they will transfer your case to merrut

In case you want your case to be transferred from Delhi to Merrut, you will have to approach the Hon'ble Supreme Court under section 24 of the CPC. However, in such cases court are inclined to give order in favour of the wife. i.e., the place where the wife is staying. With regards to the thing that you want to get it done for free, you will have to search for such NGO who can do it for free but such NGO are only intended to help poor people so that help depends on your financial situation.
