U will need copy of ur representations sent to the department with proof of service, copy of your notice for initiating contempt proceedings and the order of High Court permitting you to join your service.

Dear, you need to tell that what exactly text is of judgment given by Hon'ble court. Because only after viewing the stem of entire decision it would be clear. But one thing is sure that Hon'ble court 's decision has to be followed in toto. So it is better for you to contact your advocate.

If High Court has given you the interim relief to join process to RSMSSB Board, Jaipur, then the respondents are bound by the aforesaid order and by not complying with the aforesaid order they are in contempt of that particular order. That you can file a contempt petition, but before filing a contempt you must give them a detailed representation, if still, they are not paying any heed, then you can give them a contempt notice. That after taking every aforesaid step when you are left with no other option, then you can file a contempt petition.

Hi, It is really a serious matter for contempt of court. Before you file proceed in court please send a registered notice to the management body and send a copy of HC order, give them a warning for the same and ask to proceed on time. If they deny the time limit and cross it then surely proceed with remaining legal aspect to file a case against the organization and present the all case related document properly.
