Procedure to claim the share in father's property

Sir, My father has ancestral property in Kolkata and in Jaunpur (Uttar Pradesh), he has sold one of agricultural land (ancestral property) which was build by my great grand father, was sold in July'2018 in jaunpur - Uttar Pradesh. My father have no brother and one sister (she died). We have four married sisters (one sister is widow) I am fourth generation and I have two sons (minor) Please suggest to me that can i challenge before the local Civil Court, can also take Stay Order from the Civil Court to restrain further sale of Ancestral property.

Ji haan aap chalenge ker sakte hain aur injunction bhi apko mil jayega right tenant holders maulana jaati ke liye declaration suit layein apko kamyabi milegi saare paper collect kerke suit file karwaye

Let I suggest you that in civil matter you meet personally with all of details and documents than any advocate had properly advice you and filling case before court to stay

there are many things which has to be discussed more but in jaunpur you and your sisters can file a civil suit or suit for injunction by which mutation proceedings can be restrained in that procedure same is with the calcutta property.
