Procedure in case opposite party seems to influence court clerks

01-Nov-2023 (In Civil Law)
I am second senior most lecturer. First senior don't have prescribed qualifications. Holding as in charge. I filed writ on 25 may 2017. Listing went on. No arguement at court of law. They did not submit reply against 22.8.2017 hearing Next listing was likely on 31.10.2017. Now another likely date is 22.12.2017. What is the option?opponents claim that nothing will be listing as they influence court clerks or babu.

You have not mentioned your petition nature. According to Civil procedure code it's necessary to file written statement in 90days. If the opposite party not file their objection or written statement within 90 days from date of knowledge/ notice received, the Court will pass exparte order and no further time given for file their objection and made hearing on your petition, please you should aware while court clerk giving date , Court clerk has no authority to pass any order and date without court permission.

Please file a early listing application in the hon'ble court. And impress the hon'ble court that if the early listing application is not allowed then the opposite party harassed you in the above-mentioned subject.
