If you have completed 18th then you have elligiable to get Driving License from the office of your related District Transport office on filing of a application with a fee of Learning and supporting document related with age and your address.
That after verification DTO of your concerned area have issue a learning license and after 6 months from the issues of learning license the authority taken a physical test regarding your driving and on satisfaction the authority has issued Driving License.
