i am retired person 31/12/2016 pension not started yet. Departmental enquiry is pending. What can I do to make it start ?
At which stage the departmental enquiry is pending ? If it had already commenced you may request to the Inquiry Officer to fix the date of enquiry at the earliest and keep on reminding him for the same every fortninght. If it is yet to start request to the Disciplinary Authority that the enquiry proceeding may be commenced at the earliest.
Meanwhile you may request the competent authority to grant you provisional pension.
