Passport related issues for New Passport apply

Sir 2 saal pahle mere upar Fake 307 ka FIR huwa or abhi tak court me chargesheet dakhil nhi huwa To Mera Passport Ban sakta h ?

hello client as i can see your issue as a matter of right yes you can get passport but it needs to be followed by a proper type of documentation as well as you have to be proper procedure to be followed as per direction of the court then only you are able to get passport.

Agar Chargesheet file nahi hua hai to apko High Court se is FIR ko quash (khatm) karalena chahiye. High court apki section 482 ki application ko sunkar Notice issue krega aur fir ispar court me jirah hone ke baad FIR ko quash bhi krsakta hai josse aapka case khatm hojye aur aap apna Passport asani se banwa sakein police verification ke baad.

sucha jawab hai nhi apka passport nhi ban skta kyoki aap kanoon ki Nazar mai ek accused, pr iska ye mtlb nhi ki apke pas or raste nhi hai, passport banane k lea apko judgement and court order chahiye jisme thoda time lagega agr apko koi bhi kanooni madat chahiye to mughe call kro.

You can apply for new passport even if FIR is instituted against you but You have to declare and state in the passport application form that FIR is instituted against you and also you have to mention the details of FIR.
