I passed my 12 boards in 2022 with pcm by state board but now I want to give neet exam so I want to do class 12 again with pcb stream from cbse board \nIs it legal or not

Yes. You can enroll yourself in PCB stream again but you have to do class 11th and 12th again in PCB in any board. In order to appear in neet exam.The board doesn’t matter but you have to repeat both class 11th and 12th in Physics Chemistry and Biology.



Q: Consult for a land ownership transfer issue

What is the legal procedure if the property owner refuse to transfer the ownership to the person who has paid the full amount in the past ?

As of per Section 55(3) of the Transfer of Property Act the seller is bound to transfer the property to the buyer after receiving the full payment of the property. If there is an agreement to sell. Then there is breach of contract. You can file get relief under Section 39 of the Contract Act.

You can buy a property on the basis of POA but the Power of Attorney should be Registered and the person who is the original owner of property/who has given the Power of Attorney should be alive at the time of Registry of Property on the basis of Power of Attorney. It is advisable that a person should contact the Original owner/ who has given the power of attorney before purchasing such kind of property

My intermediate and graduation certificates have mistakes in my name and my father\'s name as per matriculation certificate. Can it be corrected by publishing the gazette?If it is not possible then what is the other way?

You have to contact the institute from where you have pursued your inter and graduation with an application to correct your name and your father’s name with an attested copy of your matriculation certificate in which your and your father’s correct name is mentioned as well as make an affidavit stating your as well as your father’s correct name.

The power of attorney should be a registered power of attorney.3. Holder of power of attorney should have original copy of registered power of attorney.
