Every adult coparcener is entitled to enforce a partition of a coparcenary property. He can not however file a suit for a declaration of the amount of his share as he has no definite share untill partition.you sisters have equal right as the son have. You younger have also have equal share in the property unless there is any express or implied agreement that he will forego his share in case he got father's job.
