Partion suit can file in person in civil court?

Dear sir/madam, wish e happy Ugadi. My quiry is that in a district court partion & declaration suit can be filed in person or not if yes please suggest me the procedures.
Its always better to appoint lawyer to represent your case you can file a suit on your own but if opposite party appoints lawyer chances of you getting entagled in proceedings is more... You can file petition on your own

you can file partition but declaration is dependent on the copancerner in the same before the share. once filed and partition after process it will deside. as per the According to the Supreme Court, the partition may be partial or total. Partition could be partial with respect to the members of the joint family or joint family property. When a partition takes place, the presumption is about the total partition. But where some members contend that the partition was partial with respect to members or property, the onus is on them to prove it.

you can file a petetion suit before the jurisdiction court. only an advocate can draft the issue and make out a Case fit for partition. the procedure formalities are you need to have primafacie that your grandfather or father possessed some land. hence based on the summary you can file it with the help of an advocate.
