Parents are dead how to transfer parents property on my name

My father and mother is no more,my father has 4 sister, my grandfather has leave, how to my family property own name?

If the property is self acquire property of your father then it will directly transfer in your name by filing mutation case if the property is your grandfather name then it will transfer by filing a civil suit

You have not clearly explained your query. If you are the sole legal heir of your parents and it is the self acquired property of your father by virtue of filing a mutation case you can transfer the property in you favour.

If you have any sister they have a right on your fathers property.With death certificate and legal heir certificate you can apply at Tahsildar for mutation in your own name.Your sibling has to forgo their share

Get legal heirs certificate.then obtain no objection of ur all sisters. Then go to sub register office with parents death certificate & all documents mentioned above deposit them with filling ransfer of property
