20-Apr-2023 (In Civil Law)
Respected sir, We are running a legally registered church in Coimbatore, tamilnadu. We conducting prayers every week with around 100 people in our premise with very constrained volume understanding the environment around. However we are being disturbed by a particular person nearby who always yells and complains about us to police projecting in wrong way. I would like to know whether is it possible to send a legal notice against him to warn him before I proceed or file any complaints on him. Please advise Many thanks Christopher Blessed hope church

you can always case against the said person asking the court to pass a restraining order. This can be treated as a cease and desist. the case can be filed before district Munsif Court at Coimbatore at the earliest. people also help if you have any genuine proof of the said allegation that the person has created problems or unwanted complaints to the police
