Neighbour try to Damage my property intentionlly

My neighbour didn't made a boundary on his empty plot and he always intentionally try to damage my house wall which is on his plot side And after that he didn't let me repair my wall because for repairing i have to enter in his empty plot and he didn't allow that. I already complain about this to police few times but they didn't do anything. What should i do??
on the above mentioned query please file immediately a suit for maintenance of your property in the concerned Civil Court . there after file application under order rule 7A civil procedure code for Commission of the case .
