Neighbour still using my land, how to get court to fix boundary

My Neighbour encroach my land i already filed suit on court and and they got injection order but now then also they're using my land because there is no boundaries​ .how long it take to fix boundary from court.because of no boundaries they're using the place as their own .only 8 cent they have now it's more than 10 what can i do for fast fixing of boundary

please wait for the verdict of the court.for the disobedience of the injunction order,please file a prosecution petition. there exists no other shortcuts to fix boundary in a fast and speedy manner. the

From your question it seems that you got an injunction from a suit for injunction. The correct course of action is to file a suit for fixation of boundaries and recovery of possession of the encroached portion. The same can be dome only after measurement by taluk surveyor of any approved surveyor appointed by court along with an advocate commissioner. All these process is time conceiving but to speed up the process you can approach the high court seeking a direction for early disposal of the case by showing sufficient grounds.

In your quarry you have stated that you filed suit and they got injunction. I presume that you got injunction in that suit and if so you can file petition for violation of injunction order. You also file a suit for fixation of boundaries

Hai. I like to refer this case back to ur lawyer. Believe in him n let him know the facts. Consult with ur lawyer n let him know ur needs . a speedy trial petition b4 the same court or a petition before the honble high court for direction will do ir things.
