Neighbor not allowing to construct partition wall

We required to construct a partition wall inside the Commercial property which was as One. The other property owner is not allowing us to construct the partition wall. He also threatens us to extreme and attacking us in all possible ways. Though our property is situated in Madurai, me and my family had settled in Chennai. We have no relations nor neighbours nor supporters in Madurai were the property is situated. Is there any legal way were the Legal Body shall Construct the Partition wall on behalf of us? Am a widow and am 55, this is my only final bread and butter which i had received after a very long struggle.

To take it legally you may proceed and get an injunction from the court restraining them to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of your property. In case if they still creating problem you may file a contempt of court petition to punish them. You may also lodge a complaint of Land grabbing if they are trying to grab your property. You must carry a valid document in your name to take the above steps and to prevent your property to be trespassed by an outsider.
