Hello, The school in front of my house shines two high power street light on my house the whole night. The street light is positioned such that bright light enters my room through the window of my room. I am not able to sleep because of this light. I have to keep the windows open since it is summer. I requested the school authorities to change the position of light so that it faces their building but they are paying no attention. What legal action can I take against the school? Please advise me. Thanks Kalp Mishra
आप स्कूल की शिकायत संबंधित पुलिस स्टेशन में करे। यदि वे कोई कार्यवाही नही करते है तो आप अपने जिले के पुलिस सुपरिटेंडेंट (S. P.) से शिकायत करें। कार्यवाही न होने पर आप कोर्ट में सिविल व क्रिमनल कार्यवाही कर सकते है।

For this condition you can give a application to school and take a recieving also. If they not respond than you can give another application and attached with that copy to you Nagar Palika/Municipal corporation/ or SDM and also taking recieving that. If they also not respond than you can file a injunction suit in civil court.
