Name different on marksheets how to change

Sir my name on 10th mark sheet pan card and Adhaar card is Shubhi Jha. Whereas on my 12marksheet and graduation mark sheet is jha Shubhi abhishek how can I change the name to Shubhi jha again. Also I will be appearing for cat 2018 what should be my name on it? Please help
You will have to make representation to your school as well as CBSE for correction of name. In case, they do not agree to make the correction, you will have to file a Writ Petition in the High Court. Please note that the limitation period for change on name in marksheet is one year, there if the said period is passed, you will have to be very careful in drafting the representation and writ petition, as this is a technical process.

Ms. Shubhi ji first of all you go for news publication in any one or two of the leading newspapers and then you have to go for gazette notification then it will print in gazette and after that you can correct your name as shubhi jha in all documents and then you will be able to appear for cat 2018 exam.

Within one year of passing, cbse correct it very easily. If more than one year has elapsed, you need to go to civil court, but that process take time. The other way is to file writ petition to high court., that will provide remedy sooner.
