As per your query You can file an application under Domestic Violence Act seeking residence order, protection order and maintenance for yourself as well as your child. If your husband is having any right in the ancestral property you can definitely claim share on behalf of your child in the ancestral property. In case your husband or your in-laws harass or threaten you again, you can approach the police station and file a complaint against them.
