My girlfriend is married and wanna live with me

My girlfriend is married to man 10 years older to her and he has 2 children from first marriage .she is not happy and asked for divorce but he refused now shewanna run away form home and live with me .what legal action can her husband take against us if she run away and live with me!
We are Hindu!
Although He is entitled to take legal action against her because she has voluntarily run away. In those case he will be filing for divorce and depriving her of her children's custody and monetary relief.
