My Brother Took Money From Me , But Now Denying To Pay..

My Brother used my Axis Bank Credit card for Rs 230000/- business purpose in his firm iexsellance business solutions pt. Ltd. Now he is denying to pay it back. I have somehow taken loan from friends and paid my credit card bill so as to prevent decrese in my Cibil score. But I want my money back as I have to pay back the amount to my friends who helped me in payment of my credit card.

Hello! I would suggest you to keep all the transaction related messages and details intact, and you should send him a legal notice to recover such amount from him. He will either agree to pay or he will reply to the notice denying such facts, based on which you have to decide what is to be done. You file a suit against him for recovery of the said amount.

Hello there! off course you should get money back from your brother. you can show the expenditures made by him using your card. first you should send him legal notice for recovery of money and he still denies to pay you can go for civil suit for recovery of money.

You need to have evidence, that, your Brother used your Credit Card for his Business, then only, you can have a Strong Case against him. Otherwise, you will lose. To seek detailed advice, connect on call.
