you will have to send her a legal notice demanding your money back. If she doesn't return money in the prescribed time period then you may file recovery suit before the the civil court in your area....

If a MoU was executed and the deal was broken due to the seller demanding more money beyond agreed terms, and now she is refusing to return the token amount, you have a strong case for recovery. You can first serve a legal notice demanding return of the token amount with interest. If there is no compliance, a civil recovery suit can be filed. Preserve all written communication and the signed MoU to support your case.

You may have legal remedies available for recovery of the token amount, depending on the terms of the MoU and other facts. To proceed further, please schedule a consultation so I can review your documents and guide you properly.

considering that you have proof of all the payments made to the seller, you can file Suit for recovery of money. However, your MOU clauses are important in this case. If the MoU states that the amount will be forfeited by seller, then your case becomes difficult. Also, you can file a police complaint for cheating if the seller is not returning the money to you. You can start by sending legal notice. After the legal notice, if you get the money back then no further process is required. However, if you don’t get the money back, you may have to file for civil suit and you will get money back with interest.
