Missing person Death certificate

My father had missed on 29th August on 2007 and GDE had done on police station at Budge Budge. as for Indian Evidence act presumed as death. we have required a death certificate.
It is necessary to know whether after such GDE paper publication had been done in 2007 and if you have paper cutting of the same or not. Yes you will have to file a case in civil court… you will have to satisfy the judge of the court by providing evidence… once the court is satisfied that the missing person is missing for at least 7 years without contacting anyone… will give its final order and that Order you have to take to K.M.C to get the DEATH CERTIFICATE… in this whole process I can be of help… but it’s a tedious process and time consuming also…
