Sir/maamnn my father was died last year in September 27 my father and mother they don't have registry marriage certificate so can we now change the owner of property I'm now 17 year's old so i think i would be not able but my mother is able for it can we do something sir/maam?

Q: Not allowing renovation work in the shop

My wife purchased a shop and sale deed is in her name but the seller is not allowing any renovation. He is also paying electricity bill for last 10 years as the bill is in his name. Now he is saying that I will use my lock for the shop. I can't understand what should I do as I am not in talking terms with him.

Q: Mobile phone tower installation agreement expired.

I installed a cellphone tower in my property in the year 2008. Which is expired in March 2021. As per agreement we can renew agreement but both party didn't renew. But since November 2017 to March 2021 the company have not paid the licence fees. In the mean time they came and removed their valuable machinery and battery but didn't removed the tower. But in agreement it's clearly mentioned that after the expiry they have to remove all the article. I send legal notice but they didn't reply. Can I file suit in a civil court or in consumer court?
