Is there any law which talk about Right to safety for University student..? What if a student not feeling safe in University because of daily local brutal fight inside a University..? I am thinking to file a legal notice against my University.
Ans . Every person have right to safety in our constitution
And you may send applications to your university to make proper arrangements for the safety of students of the university . You should give them some time to do this and watch if they sincerely they do something or not .

In case he fails to ventilate your grievances, write a letter to the SSP of your city mentioning there in the gory condition of your college and ask him to take appropriate action against the responsible students who have a hand in deteriorating the environment of the college.
