Lecturers harassing mentally and not allowing to give exams

I dint paid my examination fees due to which my college people withheld me from writing my final exam, now this can result in me getting failed and apart from it my lecturer have clearly warned me that she will make me repeat one year in college.The college faculty is being rude to me and is not letting me write any of my final examination papers.i requested one lecturer and wrote half of my paper while i was writing the other lecturer came and snatched away my paper and threw me out of the college.Is there some legal steps I can take against the institution and the faculty??? Is there anything I could do regarding my examinations which I missed and which i am still not allowed to write???
You could have filed a petition in court to obtain interim order to write exams, though its bit late now. Retain a competent Advocate and send a legal notice to your college, based on the response Advocate will advise you whether you can file a civil suit for damages or criminal charges or both. you can avail your right by filing an application with the National Human Rights Commission for violation of Article 19 and you can visit their website and lodge a complaint or else you can file writ petition with Honourable HIgh Court for violation and for issuance of direction to give hall ticket with a reasonable ground

Dear sir you are having all the legal rights you can directly file a criminal case against the college and the unislversity and you u can approach high court for direction as there is ruling of honble high court that student shall be permitted to write exams irrespective of fees.
