Landlord harassment what can i do legally

I was on rent till may2017.we took Noc from society ofc .And our landlord deducted 15k from our total deposite.we did not pay electricity outstanding as he deducted 15k now after two months he is harassing us saying that he will send legal notice against us for not maintaining his property. Which he is laying .please advise does any legal action can he take ?

hiii. he can send u notice but u can't remove u possession of flat.... u can also answer to his notice that we have no any place to shift..... but remember u can't remove possession that is very importantsend me additional details...

Before he puts up any legal action you should address a notice stating therein about abovesaid fact ask him to refund amount by deducting electricity bill which taken without permission and consent of yours.

You can file a criminal complaint against him if he is causing unessacary trouble. If you are paying the rent properly youll don't need to take tension. It all depends what are you seeking as per that your remedy can be prescribed.
