Land dispute between brother and sister money paid by me

I am in merchant navy sailing outside of india I asked my father to take a plot on my name he book a plot in his name saying that you were not here the bank loan was on my and father name .main applicant me the money emi paid from my nre joint account with father now my father expired and elder brother want two share his and younger married sister i already filled a case asking lda to cancel my father allotment as he had given wrong affidavit stating that he dont had a house while filling the lottery form which he had and after cancel reallottment should be done in my name as money paid by me as on passbook wht my chance
