As per service rules and constitutional principles, a woman employee cannot be compelled to perform night duty unless the applicable service regulations permit it with adequate safety and consent provisions. if there is no CCTV for women safety. so she is not bound to work in night. file written complaint to DRM office. and if they is not supporting. then complaint to POSH committee. Advocate Deepender Pandey Allahabad High Court
