Kendriya vidhyala recruitment non eligibility case

I have qualified kvs exam .d I m in cutoff but they said I m not eligible because I haven't read three subject in all 3 years of graduation . what is my fault CSJM University taught just 2subject in last year of graduation.plzz help
Was it mentioned in the recruitment advertisement, that only such candidates will be considered who had read 3 subjects in all the 3 years of graduation? In case not, fit case to approach the High Court and file a writ of mandamus. Consult a lawyer practising in the High Court and share more facts and documents

dear client in that situation you may petition under article 226 of the Constitution of India it's a clear case of violation of article 14 of the Constitution of India so in such Jo Main file petition before honorable High Court where court will decide it's your fault or not actually it's a part of graduation and you got 2 subjects in last year in that point of issue question before code for more clarity Mein contact us advocate Anurag Bhatt

nothing can be fone in your case dear as the advertisement clearly itself clearly shows that it need only candidates who were having Chemistry, Zoology and Botany as their subjects in graduation however you were having only two subjects in your final graduation examination. infact it is your fault only that you hv choosen such graduation degree which had only two subjects.

challange this rule and ask for consideration of your appointment even if seat's are filled by other's. if university doesn't provide that we can't do anything and i am sure university is recognized and its degree is countable.
