Inconvenience due to storage in neighborhood, how to complain?

Besides my home house converted into godown and given it for rent to a mango seller. So the heavy vehicles stand at the entrance of my home to load and unload the stock. And there is a strong weird smell of the chemical used for fruits causes uneasiness to children and old people. Please tell me is there any regulation or rule to stop this

you can file injunction suit against them for causing nuisance to you with all putting all grievances with proof. contact us with documents and house details to give effective opinion on the issue. you can also give police complaint for causing nuisance

Sir, if the property is residential property u can file a injunction suit against your neighbour, if it falls under commercial property and they have taken license to conduct business then you can file a public nuisance, environmental pollution and negligence on part of the owner who is causing trouble due to his business.
