I want to register a complaint against a business owner.

Who details which playstation devices and he did the fraud with multiple people and I'm also the victim of it..police is not helping me in this matter and asking me to go to the court and register a complaint . And the lawyer is asking too much for legal formalities hence I'm totally helpless

Raft return complaint then submit to senior police authorities if your Police Station is ignoring you while a complaint with DCP or SP of your zone you can also email the complaint to the district cyber cell whichever is available on the website then file a complaint to the cyber cell for the fraud has online file a complaint with national cyber portal crime portal attached all their evidence select the category then if it's still no action filed a private complaint in the court Police don't help you you can approve the judicial magistrate first class court under section 156 of CRPC The court can direct the police to register an FIN and investigate

You need to file a private complaint with the concerned court thereby praying court for registering FIR against the accused. For that you need to make a written complaint to local police station and ACP and DCP. despite complaint if no cognizance or action taken, then only you can file private complaint in Court.

Well, if you have limited budget and if you cannot afford services of a Private Advocate, then kindly approach Legal Aid Centre in your nearby Court, from there, you will get an Advocate who will either fight your case for free or fight your case within a reasonable amount of fees affordable to you!
