To made it worse we came to know about it in 2016 and straight away filed an review petition with the help of advocate But the order is passed in 2003.... I know its too too late but I think court should give a atleast a chance to us to fight for our right . Plz sir suggest me something so that I can come over it ..

Pursuant to Section 5 of the Limitation Act, an application may be admitted after the prescribed period if the Applicant satisfies the court that he had sufficient cause for not filing the application within the prescribed limitation period.

Sir,
There is a long delay. You can loose the case by this delay only. I cant give any 100% hops that the court can afford opportunity to put forth your grievances.

You can file the case. Please explain the good and Guanine reason for the delay. If you have luck you can.

Please contact any advocate that can help you.
